Investing and/or buying property can be challenging enough, doing so in a different country - whose customs, regulations are practices differ from your own is even more so. Finding Jessica Martin was therefore a Godsend when we wanted to invest in property in Jamaica. I came across Jess’s YouTube channel “sidehustlemama” in December. She was speaking about her journey in real estate and how she got started, which I found very informative because I’m also on a similar path.
